This makes sense. I frog-legged everything and placed my leaves on a seedling heat mat overnight and the box currently reads 16% RH and 84 F. The leaves have gone crispy, so I will purchase some distilled water and bring them back into low case. I do not yet have a kilning operation, so I will have to let the leaves rest in a low case until I can get a Crockpot kiln set up. I assume that during kilning the leaves will take on a more brown color.I don't mean put them in an oven, but you can reduce humidity and raise temp to avoid risk of rot or mold once the fear of flashing green is gone.
