Would be a lot of work to make a cutter like that and tools I don't have. You can buy a new one for 200.00 I think I would buy a used or new one instead of making it.
I just had a thought ...... you guys will keep me in projects :D

I tried the drill press, turned out ok not quite as good as the router but good enough for sure. It is 7 spaces and about a size 40 cost me about 25 bucks with hardware.
I took a few pics with the drill set-up I'll post in maybe 2 hours.

Sounds good.

Check this out. It's price has bin reduced again from $165.

They were listed separately, then together, then off for a week.

I want this lot badly.

Great job on the molds Brent. Let's see a close up of your bands so we'll know what to look for on Cigars International.

Au I enjoy this site...I got two positions open Knucks, Marketing and Marketing Director are you up for it? They are really the same but two openings sounds better than one.
There is no telling how far we can go......
Here is a nice site a 1 page thing that can be helpful for new Stogie Builders like me... http://pipesandcigars.com/cicowhdoyouf.html

Good stuff there. I like pipesandcigars.com site better that CI bought it. Though the old owner did have a special kind of service.
