Had a lot of leaf the was nice and brown so I tied up some hands, 8 to 10 leaves each and re hung them, still a lot that has some green so I let them be. I don't wand to mess with a kiln right now so I'll just let these hang and see what happens in a year.
I would make sure the stems were dried crispy, then rehydrate to low case before tying into hands. Those stems can mold or rot if they were still alive then tied into hands with so little air circulation and moisture still in the center of the stems.

I have to admit, I don't think I checked them that well, the leaf was still plenty pliable so a check in the AM is on my to do list- thanks for bringing this to my attention :)
