The dark one was wrapped in Burley 21 that I made using Deluxestogies Cavendish recipe. I was making pipe tobacco and figured I'd save a leaf to roll a cigar with. I added some vanilla and Mocha Kuhlua liquor to the steam bath. Not rolled very pretty but it smells amazing.

Ok Don .

This is a 5.5" puro. I only tossed 2 times the ashes and burnt nearly my fingers. My best result till now

Awesome looking cigars LewZephyr! I like your labeling system too. I may steal that idea. I always forget what I use in mine.

And wow
moscca, that ash is almost as long as the cigar. Amazing.

All those sound like pretty taste cigars Lew, I label that same why now. I couldn't remember my own blends for the first few I rolled so went the same route as you did labeling.
That is 1 nice ash Moscca, and a nice wrap job on it to.
I rolled a cigar out of my all mixed together scrap last night ( bad move) and when I took two draws out it I had to put it out YUCK. I better keep track of my scraps from now on.

Thanks. This was actually my second attempt. First one was really bad but smokable, so I went back to youtube. I just need to work on the capping and finishing but getting there. Now I can fuel my once expensive habit with the same quality tobacco at a fraction of the price :~) happy days!

There's also some good videos on this forum, especially on the triple cap, step by step by Gdaddy and others.

I agree, quality tobacco at a fraction of the price, happy days!

Welcome Allen and glad your posting the pictures. Your hand rolls look real good.
