These were complex enough given that the sieve material works pretty simply.
I had assumed you were using an Everclear that worked for you. I was just pointing out that 190 proof everclear isn't available in all states and people ought to be aware of that. But really, mole sieves are easy to use. Put some mol sieves in a jar, pour your hydrated (150 proof) alcohol into it. Put the lid on and wait awhile. I usually wait 24hrs because I'm not in a hurry. Then pour the liquid out through a strainer into another container. You now have dehydrated alcohol (190 proof). The mol sieves are little ceramic balls that absorb the water but not the alcohol. The mol sieves are easily dried out for reuse. Just put them on a cookie sheet and roast them in the oven for an hour or so. Wait till they cool down and they are ready to reuse. I've been using the same 8oz jar of mol sieves for years. Of course, I wouldn't recommend drinking the now dehydrated alcohol because there might be ceramic dust in it. The ceramic dust does eventually sediment out of the alcohol, if you're worried about it.

The sign is a subtle joke.
