I was waiting for all to yellow before advancing to 120*F but after reading that graph I posted, I followed their directions and at 48 hrs I started advancing now im almost totally color changed and tomorrow should be ready for stem kill. I checked an hour ago and their right " Do not advance from 120*F until all green is gone". I have four varieties in there at once, and a few whole stalk.

Will be very interested in the whole stalk result. I have someof my very thickTurkish leafin this run and itis curing beautifully. am debating trying some whole stalk izmir on the next run. First priming was airdried and did not seem to like the curing conditions. I

I can't imagine getting the humidity down promptly (for leaf drying and stem kill) with whole stalks in there. I'm eager to see how that turns out.

Will have a better idea of how the batch finished When it comes to order. Can't even move a leaf without it breaking yet. All smiles I think.

Hung a wet bath towel inside and themed the crock on low. Humidity steadily climbing.

I bet you cant wait to hold it up to the nose!!!! I'm in the climbing to 165*F stage now.

I have limited my drying to 155 so as not to kill off all the low temp aging enzymes. Hopefully will allow better kilning after the crop is in.I

You might have something there? I frequently use two types of enzymes in another hobby of mine, and one has to stay at 160- 165* the other 145*-155* I wonder what temperature the natural enzymes work and die at?
